Towncraft, a crafting and city-building game from Flat Earth Games, is finally coming to PC on February 26th. In the game, you’ll work to transform a quiet, pebble road into a bustling, medieval town complete with hard-working laborers and a large variety of structures. Towncraft includes hundreds of objects to create and mix in the world, and you can find all of the game’s recipes on the Towncraft Wiki. Do you have what it takes to become a shameless, money-hungry tyrant?

When first starting the game, you’ll find yourself alone in the vast wilderness, stationed quite inconveniently between two narcissistic rulers. You’ll create a hatchet with basic resources and begin tirelessly constructing your very own metropolis. As your town grows, travelers from nearby kingdoms will stop by for a visit. They’ll buy goods from vendors, visit your tavern, and even come looking for work. Your peasants will fish, farm, forage, and trade at your command. It won’t be long before your formerly vacant surroundings become a sufficient, thriving township. Additional game features include real-time day and night cycles, procedurally generated worlds, and an off-beat storyline.

Towncraft was originally released on iPad and peaked at #2 on the App Store charts. It was then released for iPhone and Mac, and now it’s finally coming to PC. Ready to build your own medieval kingdom? You can grab Towncraft for PC starting February 26th on Steam and other digital good retailers.
