Deadwood: The Forgotten Curse is an upcoming action/adventure game from Steamroller Studios that features charming art, customizable weapons, and a devoted stone giant companion. The game has been Greenlight on Steam and is currently crushing its Kickstarter campaign. Gamepedia is proud to announce the Official Deadwood: The Forgotten Curse Wiki, your premiere resource for learning more about this new indie title.

In Deadwood, you’ll take the role of Lathe, a teenage woodling with a knack for inventing. You’ll explore the world around you and fight back hordes of wooden zombies known as deadwood. Sound dangerous? It is, but don’t worry – you’re not alone. Roguard, a stone giant, is your hard-hitting sidekick and dear friend. He is fantastic at pummeling zombies and keeping you safe… during the day. At night, Roguard falls asleep, and you’ll need to fight back the deadwood on your own and protect your stone companion.

The game’s Kickstarter campaign has reached over $77,000 – far surpassing the original $65,000 goal. There are still 15 days left to become a backer, and Steamroller Studios is providing a heap of gifts for contributors, from beta access to game swag. There are also several stretch goals in the campaign, including additional game modes and PS4/Xbox One support. To learn more, visit the Deadwood: The Forgotten Curse Kickstarter campaign page.
