Mike Relm has a knack for taking pop culture and remixing it in fun and inventive ways. If you haven’t seen his remix of the Child’s Play series, give it a watch but be warned that the language might be a little harsh at times. Regardless, the guy has a clear talent. Lucky for us, Baby Driver writer/director Edgar Wright gave Relm the opportunity to remix Baby Driver and the result is as toe-tappingly addictive as the film itself.

Mike Relm: The ‘Baby Driver’ Remix

Baby Driver uses music in a way you haven’t seen before. In fact, the character of Baby (Ansel Elgort) records his life and then samples the recordings into musical tracks. Music is a big part of life in Baby Driver and Relm’s remix captures a lot of the energy that’s present in the actual film. Once you see the movie – and you NEED to see it – you’ll understand how integral music is to the film. And if you don’t end up loving the incredible soundtrack, you might be a little dead inside. It’s a perfect mix that manages to outshine even Guardians of the Galaxy. Yup, I went there.

Baby Driver hits the big screen on June 28. Let this be a nice little tease of what’s to come. You won’t want to miss out.
