There’s no better way to beat the heat than by simply not going out into it at all. If the risk of sunburn and tan lines is not your thing, Netflix is providing you with some alternative summer entertainment with a slew of new titles coming to the streaming service throughout the month of July.
The 10th season of Jerry Seinfeld’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, which started off as a web series on Crackle before moving to Netflix in 2017, will debut on July 6 with a massive list of funny guests including Ellen DeGeneres, Zach Galifianakis, and Dave Chappelle.
Meanwhile, Brad Pitt fans get a double dose of the A-list actor thanks to the addition of Troy and Interview with the Vampire, which both arrive on the streaming service on July 1.

If the recent release of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has given you dino fever, you can find some relief with the first three films in the Jurassic franchise being added to Netflix. But the best iteration, of course, is the film that started it all — Jurassic Park. Steven Spielberg’s 1993 classic was breathtaking and groundbreaking, offering an edge-of-your-seat glimpse at what interacting with prehistoric beasts may have felt like. Even 25 years after its release, the film still holds up as a must-see classic and it’s great that fans will now be able to stream it whenever they want starting July 1.
The sixth season of the Orange Is the New Black is set to debut on July 27. And while no season of the Netflix original has ever quite been able to compare to its mesmerizing first, the rich cast of characters that inhabit Litchfield Penitentiary are always worth revisiting. When we last saw our locked-up ladies, they were facing off against police after a poorly planned prison riot. Litchfield was destroyed and the fate of the inmates was left up in the air, so expect to see a new set and some new faces when the dramedy returns at the end of July.
