It’s been quite a while since we had a Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer but Square Enix just dropped a fresh one, giving us a further look at the highly-anticipated game. The game has been in development for many years now and we’ve still barely seen anything of the game apart from the Tangled world and Baymax from Big Hero 6.

But as part of the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour in LA, Square Enix dropped this brand new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer. It was originally posted only in Japanese, but Square Enix has now released an English language version that you can pour over. At over two minutes long, it gives you a good look at the Hercules-themed world that will feature in the upcoming crossover action RPG.

The trailer shows Sora in a brand new form fighting alongside Donald Duck and Goofy, who are all helping Hercules battle various forms of Heartless on Mount Olympus. The action is incredibly flashy with some nice slow-mo action for taking aim at the Heartless, and you even get a sneak peak at some the game’s cutscenes, with these particular sections featuring Maleficent, Hades and Pete plotting and discussing the location of a mysterious black box.

What’s even more exciting is that you don’t have long to wait for another Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer because Square Enix has teased that the next drop will be at Disney’s D23 Expo on July 15 and it’ll reveal a brand new world for the game.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is in development for PS4 and Xbox One and there’s still no word of a release date – despite the fact this trailer today’s trailer arrives on the four-year anniversary of the game’s original announcement at E3 2013.
