Exclusive: How ‘Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City’ Directly Adapts the Game

Have you been itching for a tasty look at the newest adaptation of beloved horror game Resident Evil? The upcoming movie Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City — starring Kaya Scodelario as Claire Redfield, Robbie Amell as her brother, Chris Redfield, Hannah John-Kamen as Jill Valentine, Tom Hopper as Albert Wesker, and Avan Jogia as Leon S. Kennedy — promises to stay terrifyingly true to the source material, according to director/writer Johannes Roberts, with many shots lifted directly from the game.
