Most people think of the farmer’s life as a peaceful, tranquil existence — but things can get rather hectic when your neighbor has a competitive streak. In Agricola: All Creatures Big and Small, you’ll need to employ all your cunning to grow your farm and leave your rivals in the dirt. Gamepedia and the game’s developer, Digidiced, are pleased to announce the Official Agricola: All Creatures Big and Small Wiki.
First released in 2012, Agricola: All Creatures Big and Small was an award winning board game designed by Uwe Rosenberg. The game was a two-player spin-off of his biggest hit, Agricola, which streamlined its gameplay with a focus on breeding livestock.
When it came to the digital version of All Creatures Big and Small, Digidiced was an obvious choice for development duties. The Berlin-based studio has established a strong reputation for translating the intricacies of modern board games for digital play, having previously adapted Rosenberg’s Patchwork and Le Havre: The Inland Port.
The result is a digital version that captures everything that made the physical board game a hit. Players will have to make every move count as they attempt to manage their resources and their livestock over eight rounds. Decisions like the placement of buildings and where individual workers are assigned could be the difference between victory and failure.
Fortunately, novices can learn just about everything they need to know to succeed by visiting the Official Wiki — and for everything else, there’s the in-game Playback feature, which lets you learn from the pros by watching them compete.
