Club Nintendo is coming to an end this year, and the final collection of awesome rewards has just been released. You’ll be able to spend your remaining coin balance on items such as a retro Mario t-shirt, a Majora’s Mask 3D messenger bag, and tons of downloadable games for Wii U, Wii, and Nintendo 3DS. Should I download Star Fox 64 or Super Mario Kart?
There are 117 games available for download right now, from new releases to timeless classics. The games range from 150 coins (Donkey Kong, Super Mario Land) to 850 coins (Wii Party U). The physical items range from 300 coins (Mario & Luigi greeting cards) to 800 coins (Link jigsaw puzzle). All the shipping is free, but make sure to look at the shipping dates; some items may take several months to ship.
Additional downloads include:
- Super Metroid – Wii U (200 coins)
- Super Mario 64 – Wii (250 coins)
- The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past – Wii (250 coins)
- Super Mario 3D Land – 3DS (600 coins)
- Paper Mario: Sticker Star – 3DS (700 coins)
You can view the complete list of rewards on the Club Nintendo Rewards page.
At the end of March, there will be no more new Club Nintendo sign-ups, and current members will no longer be able to earn coins. You have until the end of June to spend your coins and the end of July to redeem your game download codes. After that, Club Nintendo will no longer exist. It’s sad to see it go, but the club’s departure will allow Nintendo to focus on a new customer loyalty program for their fans.
