BreachTD, a tower defense game that combines real-time strategy with MOBA-like gameplay, has just launched on iOS. The game can be downloaded from the App Store starting today, and it is completely free-to-play. In the game, you’ll defend a Bastion tower by choosing four Guardians, each aided by game-changing Battle Cards and Mercenaries. The Battle Cards will bestow powerful buffs (such as the healing buff “Hand of the Ancients” or the fire damage buff “Fire Nova”), and the Mercenaries can defend your lanes or overwhelm the opposing team.
Each match is divided into two phases: Building and Combat. In the Building phase, you’ll buy and place your Guardian on the battlefield. This is also when you’ll have a chance to upgrade your Plasma Reactor and Mercenary tiers. In the Combat phase, Guardians will defend their bases and battle in the middle lane.
