Whether you’re a collector of high-end replicas or you’re looking to do some cosplay, now is arguably the best time to be a Star Wars fan. Over the last couple of years, fans of a galaxy far, far away have been able to grab screen-accurate replicas of the armor pieces worn by several characters in the franchise, and for Star Wars Day, you can save big on some of the excellent helmets from Hasbro’s Black Series.

Take this Stormtrooper helmet for example, which hails from the artillery division of the Galactic Empire. It has the signature look of a Stormtrooper, accentuated with a splash of yellow, and has a few extra electronic features as well. If you’re aiming to look and sound like the Empire’s most hapless soldiers, an electronic voice-changer will garble up your words and make you sound like you walked straight off the set of The Mandalorian. These also feature an adjustable fit, and when you’re not wearing it, it makes for an eye-catching piece of memorabilia to display on your shelf.

You can also check out a few more helmets, like this replica of the lid worn by Axe Wolves, the Mandalorian with the coolest name in the galaxy, and Trapper Wolf’s iconic pilot helmet. The Axe Wolves helmet is especially cool, as it features a drop-down rangefinder, heads-up display, and other light-up effects.

Alternatively, you can add some non-wearable Star Wars helmets to your collection, but you’ll have a great time constructing these. Lego has branched out into some lovely display pieces over the past few years, and the Star Wars helmets listed below are some of the best within the franchise. Discounted options include a Mandalorian helmet, Darth Vader’s menacing headgear, and some Clone trooper armor. Once completed, you can prop these helmets on a stand and admire your handiwork.

If you’re interested in Lego, you should check out the new Lego Star Wars sets released as part of the manufacturer’s Star Wars Day sale. It’s also the perfect time to take a deep dive into the origins of the iconic sci-fi franchise, and The Making of Star Wars books are the ideal companions for your journey. You could wear the Stormtrooper helmet while reading. The helmet visors won’t improve your vision, but you will look really cool while reading.
